The first four channels can record at 3 MP resolution at 15 fps. The 1080p lite mode allows for 960×1080 recording at 25 fps. This DVR accommodates 16 HD-TVI, AHD, or CVBS cameras, plus two IP cameras up to 4 MP, compatible with Hikvision or Onvif. Analog channels can be swapped with IP channels on a one-to-one basis. In enhanced IP mode, which affects VCA functions, up to 8 IP channels can be used (16 if analog channels are disabled). It utilizes H.265 and H.265+ video compression for efficient storage management. The DVR is managed via Internet Explorer, and Channel 0 enables monitoring of all cameras with minimal network bandwidth. HDMI and VGA outputs can operate in parallel, supporting resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 pixels. The DVR features search functionality for recordings by alarm events, digital zoom during live view and playback, synchronous playback across 16 channels, and supports both IPv4 and IPv6. It also monitors the status of LAN, cameras, and hard drives.

The H.265 video compression allows recording of one or two video streams per channel, significantly reducing the data stream and saving disk space while extending data retention time. H.265+ further optimizes the streams for typical surveillance scenarios.
